Gorgeous couple. Amazing locations. What more could we ask for as couples photographers?

After having to re-schedule their engagement session a handful of times (thanks covid!) we are so excited to finally get to share this awesome couple and their Hartley Botanica and Malibu Beach engagement session. It’s hard to describe just how sweet and fun Jody and Jeremy are. As an example, Jody requested more images of our dog (Arya) on our Instagram, that is so sweet!! Of course, that is one way to our hearts (our pup…but also snacks in case you’re wondering).

We had so much fun starting their session at the lovely Hartley Botanica (a spot they loved and considered for their wedding but ultimately decided to use for part of their engagement session) which was so fun to get to explore and shoot at and have the venue all to ourselves. After the gorgeous greenery of the gardens, we headed to the beautiful golden beaches of Malibu. We all climbed rocks and splashed a bit in the water.

We cannot wait to see these two again soon for their wedding at Maravilla Gardens. For now here are a few of our favorites from their California engagement photo session.
